The people who will be making the second game are not the same people who made the original, which would also mean any explanation of that cliffhanger is very unlikely to have been the original explanation. What happened Is it coming out PS 3rd time Ive completed this game (on my two accounts) and Im still confused about what happens in the end of the game.
The Telltale that made the original went bankrupt. I was looking into an unofficial teaser/trailer released about a year ago which anticipated the next season to be released in early 2019. It's Telltale in name only at this point though. Geoff Keighley will host a behind-the-scenes look at The Wolf Among Us 2: A Telltale. I just hope all is well towards their end but I also hope we can expect to get season 2 to be delivered the next year! The cliffhanger towards the end of season 1 needs an explanation!! Well, so much goes behind the end product. They also were very keen to state how they had the rights to Batman & Fables but since the news about investors buying the Telltale name it has gone completly dark. The latter mostly came across as something that was being stated because it has become a major issue this year.
